Helpful Hint Of The Day

Easy Deviled Eggs
Put cooked egg yolks in a zip lock bag. Seal, mash till they are all broken up. Add remainder of ingredients (whatever you like to use in your mixture), reseal, keep mashing it up mixing thoroughly, cut the corner tip of the baggy, squeeze mixture into egg half. Just throw the bag away when done....easy cleanup.

And you are so right, I've done it this way for years. Just make sure you don't seal much air in there. The less air the better it squishes into appropriate goo.
